Participants are requested to fill the complete form. Incomplete entry in the form will not be considered for the award and will get rejected prima-facie.
Last date to apply is 03 June 2025's Noon and results will be published on www.pacific-university.ac.in on 05th June 2025 evening and Award ceremony will be on 08 June 2025.
Super Students Award will be given to those who have Minimum 60% marks obtained in last exams i.e. 2024-25 with result declared in 2025 with excellent achievement in the four categories after for the year 2024-25.
Super Students Award 2024 will be given to at least 200 students who have excelled in the fields comprising of Sports, Cultural, Extra-curricular and others. Student can apply in one or more category.

Sports: Cricket, Hockey, Football, Badminton, Kabaddi, Athletics, Kho Kho, Swimming, Skating, Chess, Yoga, Volleyball, Basketball, Martial Arts, Judo, etc.
Cultural: Dance, Song, Instrument, Fashion Show, Drama/ Play, Dubsmash, Choreography, etc.
Extra-curricular:Quiz, Debate, Rangoli making, Poetry, Cooking, Card Making, Collage Making, Painting, Best out of waste, Storytelling, Extempore, Literary, Graphic Design, Jewelry design, Photography, Cartooning, Calligraphy, Essay Writing, etc.
Others:Guinness/Limca Record holder in any field, Philately, Numismatics, Yoga, Toastmasters, Youth Parliament, Social Activity, Mountaineering, Business skills, Winner in competition of repute, Inventions, Other Hobbies, etc.

You are requested to upload certificate of your achievements in order of ranking. For example, International first followed by National, State, District and so on.
You are requested to propose and recommend your coach/mentor/guru/academy/organization while submitting the form. We are also honoring 50 Best Mentors for those who have contributed to made their students proud in the above four categories of the awards.
Coach/mentor/guru/academy/organization with maximum number of entries/referrals from the students will get Best Mentor Award.
